I have always been fit and active and discovered Pilates over 15 years ago. It was the only exercise method that I felt truly changed my body shape. I looked forward to my weekly class and started doing regular practice at home. Looking for a career change as my children got older, Pilates for me was the obvious choice.
Pilates has had a huge impact on my life. Not only has it made me more body aware, increased my flexibility and core strength, it has given me the next chapter of my life. As a qualified teacher I truly believe that Pilates is for everyone!
