Art of Pilates next block of classes runs for 7 weeks from Monday 1st November to Thursday 16th December 2021. Tracy wlll be teaching Pilates classes with smaller class sizes and streaming them via Zoom for those who do not want to attend classes in person. We run a range of classes to suit different needs and Pilates experience.

Mat class costs are £10 for a drop in class(subject to availability), £9 when you book the block. Class size max 12. Reformer classes are £20 for a drop in class (subject to availability) £18 when you book the block. Class size max 6.
Our gentle Pilates class is suitable for people who prefer to move at a slower pace.
We will introduce you to exercises that will realign your body and improve your health.
Our transitioning beginners classes are suitable for people who have grasped the fundamentals of Pilates and have completed at least 30 hours of mat work in our classes.
Transitioning beginners are usually able to complete most of the Pilates exercises and begin to add in more resistance to them.
Our intermediate level Pilates classes are suitable for people who understand the fundamental principles of Pilates and have completed at least 50 hours of mat work in our classes.
Intermediate level participants can complete the majority of the traditional Pilates exercises and are able to to add more resistance to their exercise routine.
Our transitioning intermediate level Pilates classes are suitable for people who understand the fundamental principles of Pilates and have completed at least 75 hours of mat work in our classes.
Transitioning intermediate level participants can complete all of the traditional Pilates exercises and working towards becoming advanced level practitioners.
Our advanced class is suitable for people who use Pilates exercises regularly and have completed at least 100 hours of mat work in our classes over a period of 2 years.
Advanced level participants can complete all of the traditional Pilates exercises and are able to add resistance throughout their exrecise routine.
One to one
Our one to one classes offer you private Pilates tuition in one of our studio rooms or in the comfort of your own home.
During a one to one class you will be guided through tailored exercises that will benefit you. One to one mat classes cost £35 hr. One to one Reformer classes cost £45 hr.
