Why do leg circles? Like most Pilates moves, this exercise combines stretching and strengthening of major muscle groups on both sides of the body. Promotes balance and improved function in your hips. Also strengthens the abs 🤸‍♂️💕 wonderful Pilates 🤸‍♂️💕 #pilates #legcircles #pilateslegcircles #matwork #studio #pilatesstudio #localstudio #heatonmoor #friday #practice
